He was with Fujitsu Limited from 1984 to 1990, involved in large scale telecommunication system projects suppling to countries in South East Asia. From 1991 to 1997, while at Kepner Tregoe Inc., the management consulting and training firm, he was fully responsible for business performance growth and organizational development.
In 2007, one of his dedicated clients, Microsoft, offered him the position of Senior Director, Enterprise Services Sales. At Microsoft, he showed his strong leadership to expand the company’s business performance. In 2010, he established his own company, and has developed and offers a broad range of management training programs. His broad range of experience and practical training way, including 1-on-1 coaching, has been well received by his clients worldwide.
