Required Information based on Specified Commercial Transactions Law

  1. Prices
    Prices are indicated for each product.
    Prices listed on the company's website do not include consumption tax.
    Our company is responsible for shipping charges.
  2. Fees other than the product fee which the customer is responsible for
    Customer is responsible for fees such as consumption tax and bank transfer fees.
  3. Payment Method
    Payments can only be made by bank transfer.
  4. Payment Period
    1. Lecture Classes (classroom courses)
      After the application is submitted, our company will send you an invoice. Please submit payment by bank transfer to the bank account specified by our company at least five business days before the starting date of the course.
      Note: Please submit payment as quickly as possible when applying for a course within one week of its starting date.
    2. Self-study Materials (e learning products and books)
      After the application is submitted, our company will send you an invoice. After it arrives, please submit payment by bank transfer to the bank account specified by our company.
  5. Delivery Period for Products/Services
    1. Lecture Classes (classroom courses)
      After receiving your application, we will send you an invoice and course schedule (sent by FAX if less than one week before the start of the course).
      If you do not receive an invoice or course schedule within 10 days after submitting an application, please call the number below.

      We will quickly send the materials after confirming receipt of payment.

  6. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
    1. Lecture Classes (classroom courses)
      • Course schedule changes are allowed once per course and such request must be submitted at least one business day prior to the course starting date.
      • In order to cancel a course, please contact us at least 15 days before the course starting date by the latest regardless of whether payment has been received (if the company is closed on the date 15 days before the starting date of the course, contact us on the business day immediately preceding that date).
      • Customers will be billed for the full amount of the course if the cancellation request is received within 14 days of the course starting date.
      • Customers will be billed for the full amount of the course if cancelled after a schedule change or when the course is changed regardless of when the company is contacted.
    2. Self-study Materials (e learning and books)
      Books and media that are damaged or in some other way defective will be exchanged only when an exchange request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. However, please be aware that an exchange will not be provided in the following cases:
      • When a refund request is submitted more than 14 days after receiving the product
      • When the product is damaged or has an issue after it is received
      • When replacing some of the products from a package deal
      • If already used once
      • When our company is contacted for an exchange by someone other than the purchaser
