Mark Beresford

He is a management consultant and training facilitator specializing in delivering performance improvement solutions to global organizations with a need to manage diversity, bridge culture gaps and collaborate across borders. He has a over 15 year track record of consulting very closely with clients to help them identify and understand their organizational development and training needs and developing creative training and consulting solutions.

Previously he worked as a project manager on architecture and construction projects located in Europe, North America and Asia and as a result, learned to manage multicultural teams, negotiate with foreign vendors and customers, and facilitate partnership agreements with key industry players. Prior to that, he worked at Northern Telecom as a telecom consultant and regional sales manager specializing in enterprise business development.

From his perspective based on international business experience, he has a reputation for his facilitation to solve the problem in a practical way.
