Global Meeting Facilitation

Course Summary

A changing business environment is increasing opportunities to meet people from diverse cultural backgrounds. It is essential in an intensely competitive global market to leverage the knowledge and experience of team members in transforming diverse ideas into a competitive edge. Are you doing enough to facilitate meetings that bring opinions together to create results? It is quite common for meetings between people from the same country to stray from the agenda or be dominated by more assertive people. Proceedings often become even more challenging for facilitators in gatherings between people from around the world. It is thus becoming crucial for executives and leaders to acquire facilitation skills that empower them to bring contributions together and draw the right conclusions. In our seminar, you will learn how to properly facilitate and streamline meetings between diverse team members. The lecture will be in Japanese while the exercises will be in English so you can apply your new knowledge. You will complete the seminar as a more confident ―and successful―facilitator.
